Maggie Jensen is a multidisciplinary artist. Her practice encompasses working with replicated artifacts and mass-produced materials to create artworks examining complex power conditions between cultural production, affective infrastructures, and ecological collapse.

Jensen holds an MFA in visual art from the University of Chicago and a BFA in art history from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. She teaches sculpture at the University of Houston, is a recent alumni of the Core Fellowship Program at the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, and is an artist advisory committee member at DiverseWorks.
